Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your Vea order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of delivery through our Contact page, along with your order number and a photo of the item.

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Refunds or replacements are processed once the returned item is received and inspected, and may take a few business days to complete.
