سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

نقبل طلبات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج لم يُفتح ولم يُستخدم، والختم الأصلي (السيل) سليم وغير مفكوك، وبعلبته وتغليفه الأصلي.

لأسباب صحية، لا نقبل استرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج تم فتحه أو استخدامه أو فُك عنه الختم.

منتج تالف أو خطأ في الطلب: لو وصلك المنتج تالف أو مكسور أو غير مطابق لطلبك، تواصل معنا خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام مع صور توضح المشكلة، وهنستبدل المنتج أو نرد قيمته بالكامل، ومصاريف شحن الاسترجاع علينا.

طريقة الطلب: تواصل معنا على واتساب أو رسائل إنستجرام vea.eg@ ومعاك رقم الأوردر، وهنرتب استلام المنتج.

مصاريف الشحن: في حالة تغيير الرأي تكون مصاريف شحن الاسترجاع على العميل، ومصاريف الشحن الأصلية غير قابلة للاسترداد.

رد المبلغ: بعد استلام المنتج ومراجعة حالته، يتم رد المبلغ خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل بنفس وسيلة الدفع، وفي حالة الدفع عند الاستلام يتم الرد عن طريق تحويل بنكي أو محفظة إلكترونية.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, with the original seal intact and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, any product that has been opened, used or unsealed cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or incorrect items: if your order arrives damaged, broken or not as ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund it in full, with return shipping at our cost.

How to request a return: message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number and we will arrange the pickup.

Shipping costs: return shipping is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or e-wallet.
